Project Life Cycle

Our 4P Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Project Manager will meet you at your project address to discuss the basics of your vision, timeline, and budget. This background information will provide our team the resources to be successful. You will receive an email quote within 24-72 hours of your consultation.

Our skilled team will put our plan into action! You can expect our team of professionals to be punctual, hardworking and maintain the highest regard for our clients needs. Our team will be respectful of your space

and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Our management team will closely monitor the tradesman with progress deadlines to ensure we are on schedule. Your project matters to us! 

Our team will collaborate with you on your design vision. During this early phase of the project lifecycle, we will dive deep into your creative ideas, timeline, and deliverables for optimal planning. This is when our team will work to understand your wants and needs while also providing a fresh perspective within your budget. 

Once finishing touches have been made our Executive staff will do a walk through to ensure that our team has met our 4P Standard. We will ensure all punch list items are completed prior to final, project delivery to our clients. 

Your project will have an assigned project manager who will direct and supervise all details and logistics from inception to completion. We believe in full transparency, so our team will actively provide updates and photos throughout the process. Your assigned project manager will be your direct point of contact for your entire project's life cycle.

4P will  ensure the renovation and construction process is stress free for all of our clients. Our team's ultimate objective is to set clients at ease from the  inception to final completion of our work. Our ultimate goal is for clients to enjoy their new space for years to come!!
