4P began with the convergence of need, desire, and passion and is the brainchild of co-founder and CEO, Stephanie Peña. She saw a drastic need for real estate renovation and commercial construction labor in a booming Austin market. Utilizing her professional construction experience and knowledge, she set out to create a construction company that would not only fill that need, but also be innovative, stand apart, elevate customer care, AND give back to the community -- With this we give you the "4P Standard".
